ast week, things started to happen around the Homestead, with a running theme of red, white and blue.
The mixer came out and luscious red velvet cupcakes were baked. The batter was the same color as the mixer!
White frosting, sprinkled with blue...
Presents carried through the color scheme...
There were red white and blue flowers (which turned the water a brilliant shade of azure).
Patriotic bunting decorated the porch...

The table was ready...
To celebrate America's birthday... and my Dad's!!!
