Thank you my lovely readers for yet another excellent year! Here is one last freebie for you ~ printable thank you notes with my little elfies making their final appearance for 2010. I think everyone around here will be happy to see them slip off to the North Pole until next season! Click here to download the pdf, which prints four single-sided cards that fit into 5.25" x 4.25" envelopes.

Allsorts will be taking a brief pause, so I can tidy up the place and get ready for the New Year. I have some fun plans in mind, which will take a bit of organizing. Hope you all have a safe and Happy New Year's celebration, and I'll see you in 2011!

Merry Christmas!

Scenes from my Christmas house

We're getting close... Christmas is so close I can taste it! I can certainly see it everywhere I look. The sunshine was so lovely I couldn't resist snapping a few pics of my bedroom. I am especially happy about this... the dresser in the bedroom!

Recognize it? This is what it looked like last year, but I had it painted by the adorable Jenny Grumbles (yes that's her real name) of Uptown Country, and I love it! Now it's perfect for my felt and fleece trees and other fun Christmassy bits.

Want to see the whole bedroom? Tada! I even broke my usual rule of uploading large images, so click the image to get a better view of every detail! (including the rumpled bedding from where I sat while shooting pics of the dresser... oops)

My little white feather tree is in the bedroom, too. It holds the precious few ornaments I have that were my grandmother's, so this tree is really special to me. The other ornaments are repros, but they go perfectly with the real ones.

I love this house, especially at Christmas.

Freebie time ~ printable Elfie gift tags!

Happy Monday morning afternoon to you my friends! Here is an early Christmas prezzie for you... a free pdf download of gift tags featuring my little Christmas Elfies! They print up nice and big, and you can either double-stick tape them to your package or punch a hole in one corner and tie them on. I'm hoping they look rather fetching on presents... I haven't actually wrapped anything yet so I don't know... cue slightly hysterical laughter... I'll post a photo once I make some progress.
